Mon – Fri: 10am – 6:30pm

 Postal Orders

Orders will be despatched  within 3 days of placing an order.

We use Swiss Post and the price will be calculated on the weight of your order automatically.

For orders outside of Switzerland a price will be calculated and you will be informed of the cost. If your country is outside of Europe or not listed please phone or email us and we can calculate the price for you.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, or if it is defective or damaged we can offer a refund or exchange provided that the products are returned within 14 days. Items should be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging when possible.
